The Division of Hematology was delighted to host Dr. Joe Prchal on March 1st as the inaugural speaker for our Pioneers of Hematology seminar series, a new initiative sponsored by the Division of Hematology and Pediatric Hematology & Oncology. Dr. Prchal’s seminar described his groundbreaking research and innovative approach to studying hematologic disorders, demonstrating the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration in scientific discovery highlighting the vital role of clinical observation in sparking groundbreaking investigation.
