Catching AML Relapse Early: WashU Researchers Find that Digital PCR Detects Treatment Failure 3 Months Before Standard of Care Testing

This study by WashU Researchers shows that a novel blood-based digital PCR test can detect when treatment is failing a median of three months before standard of care testing identifies treatment failure —enough lead time to change therapy and potentially improve outcomes for these patients. Findings of this study have been published in Haematologica.
