Study Reveals How UPR Signaling Regulates Blood Cell Output in Health and Cancer

In this study, WashU Researchers discovered how protein homeostasis mechanism, unfolded protein response (UPR) signaling regulates blood cell lineage output. Given that UPR signaling is upregulated in many cancers, this study provides important insights into targeting UPR signaling as therapeutic strategies. Their findings were published in Blood Advances.
